FREE FOR EDUCATIONAL USE​

NRP Sim Lite is provided completely free of charge for medical training and education. It will remain 100% free with no premium features or paid versions.

1. LICENSE GRANT​

nrpsim.com grants you a free, worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use NRP Sim Lite for educational and training purposes.

2. PERMITTED USES​

You may use NRP Sim Lite for:

  • Medical training and education
  • Healthcare facilities and hospitals
  • Medical schools and training programs
  • NRP certification courses
  • Academic research and teaching

3. PROHIBITED USES​

You may NOT:

  • Sell, resell, or charge fees for NRP Sim Lite access
  • Redistribute or sublicense the application
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the software
  • Add institutional branding or create derivative works
  • Remove or alter copyright notices
  • Bundle with commercial products or integrate into other software

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS​

All intellectual property rights in NRP Sim Lite, including source code, user interface, design, algorithms, documentation, and associated content, remain the exclusive property of nrpsim.com.

No source code is provided or licensed under this agreement.

5. DISTRIBUTION & INSTALLATION​

You may share NRP Sim Lite within your permitted organization (hospital, medical school, training facility) for internal use only. You may not publicly distribute, resell, or make this application available outside your organization.

Users must obtain NRP Sim Lite directly from authorized sources:

  • Apple App Store
  • Google Play Store

6. UPDATES & MODIFICATIONS​

nrpsim.com may, at its sole discretion, provide updates, patches, or new versions, but updates are not guaranteed. The app will remain 100% free with no premium features or paid versions planned.

nrpsim.com reserves the right to modify or discontinue NRP Sim Lite at any time without notice.

7. SUPPORT​

NRP Sim Lite is provided as-is with no guaranteed technical support. While you may contact [email protected] to report issues, responses and support are provided at nrpsim.com's sole discretion with no obligation or guaranteed response time.

8. NO WARRANTY - DISCLAIMER​

THIS SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

8. WARRANTY DISCLAIMER​

nrpsim.com makes no warranty that:

  • The software will meet your requirements
  • Operation will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • Defects will be corrected

9. USER RESPONSIBILITIES​

nrpsim.com is not responsible for any damages to equipment, mannequins, or property resulting from use or misuse of this software. Users are responsible for exercising common sense and following proper equipment handling procedures.## 10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, nrpsim.com SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE, OR DAMAGE TO EQUIPMENT OR PROPERTY, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THIS SOFTWARE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

11. INDEMNIFICATION​

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless nrpsim.com from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use or misuse of this software.

12. PRIVACY​

By using NRP Sim Lite, you acknowledge and agree to our Privacy Policy and data practices as described at: nrpsim.com/lite/privacy

13. TERMINATION​

This license is effective until terminated.

This license terminates automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any term. nrpsim.com may also terminate or suspend your license at any time with or without cause.

Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use and delete all copies of the software.

14. GOVERNING LAW​

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.

15. ENTIRE AGREEMENT​

This license constitutes the entire agreement between you and nrpsim.com regarding NRP Sim Lite and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings.

16. SEVERABILITY​

If any provision of this license is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full effect.

17. ACCEPTANCE​

By installing, accessing, or using NRP Sim Lite, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this license agreement.
